One of the commonalities between these two poets is diligence in and attention to nature and naturalism in their poems. Each has utilized nature according to their living environment, and social and political conditions. The four elements of nature (water, wind, fire, and Earth) hold a special place in the eyes of Iranians and other nations and these elements are frequently used in the poems of these two poets. This article has attempted to briefly introduce Fyodor Tyutchev, the eminent Russian poet, to the literary and cultural society of Iran and draw a comparison of the two elements of water and fire in these two poets’ approaches. This article compares the two elements of water and fire in the selected poems of the two poets with a descriptive-analytical method. The results indicate that the use of these two elements in the poems of Sepehr and Tyuchev have a lot in common. مقایسه ابیات و اشعار برگزیده ی سهراب سپهری، شاعر معاصر ایران و فیودور توتچف، شاعر،دیپلمات و روزنامه نگار روس که محققان از او به عنوان شاعر طبیعت یاد می کنند، در حوضه ی ادبیات تطبیقی می گنجد. یکی از وجوه اشتراک این دو شاعر اهتمام و توجه بسیار به طبیعت و طبیعت گرایی در اشعارشان است. هر یک از این شاعران متناسب با محیط زندگی، شرایط اجتماعی و سیاسی خود از طبیعت بهره گرفته اند. عناصر چهارگانه طبیعت(آب، باد، آتش و خاک) در نزد ایرانیان و دیگر ملت ها دارای جایگاه ویژه ایی است و این عناصر در اشعار هر دو شاعر بسامد بالایی دارند. در مقاله حاضرتلاش شده است که ضمن معرفی مختصری از فیودور توتچف شاعر پرآوازه روس به جامعه ی ادبی و فرهنگی ایران، به مقایسه دو عنصر آب و آتش در دیدگاه دو شاعر پرداخته شود. این مقاله با مقایسه ابیات و اشعار برگزیده دو شاعر به شیوه توصیفی_تحلیلی تهیه شده است. یافته ها حاکی از این است که دیدگاه مشترک بسیاری در بهره‌ گیری از این دو عنصر در اشعار سپهری و توتچف وجود دارد. /downloadfilepdf/786454
